Summer Academic Orientation (SAO)
Western's goal for this unique Western program is to help first-year main campus students get prepared for September by offering each incoming student the opportunity to select and register for courses, meet staff, faculty and upper year students and learn more about the Western community.
Orientation Week (O-Week)
Western's Orientation Program is Canada's largest university orientation program and helps to introduce the thousands of new students to Western's academic and social opportunities.
Living on Campus
Residences at The University of Western Ontario are some of the best in the country. In fact, the Globe and Mail's student satisfaction survey placed Western's residences number one for seven consecutive years!
