Special Consideration Profile
Western's Special Consideration Profile provides an opportunity for you to share any extenuating circumstances that have adversely affected your grades with Western's Admissions Committee. Extenuating circumstances may include: disability, personal illness, financial circumstances, required employment, family illness or other personal or family matters. Submission of this form is voluntary.
Please submit this Special Consideration Profile for consideration only if you believe your average will fall marginally below the University's minimum admission requirements. The form must be received at, Undergraduate Admissions, Western Student Services Building, Room 3140, The University of Western Ontario London, ON N6A 3K7 by April 2, 2012.
