Ontario secondary school students (101 form)
$125.00
Ontario secondary school students (101 form) whose address is outside of Canada
$135.00
Other full-time undergraduate applicants (105 form)
$130.00
Other full-time undergraduate applicants (105 form) whose address is outside of Canada
$140.00
Post-secondary evaluation fee
A single non-refundable evaluation fee of $75 (Canadian), payable to the OUAC, is required of all applicants with any postsecondary background who apply using a part-time for full-time, 101, 105D or 105F application, except CEGEP applicants.
