Deadlines
7th - The OUAC distributes 101 forms to high schools.
The following are deadlines for Ontario High School Applicants using the 101 application form.
September 2009
2nd - The OUAC distributes 101 application materials to high schools.
January 2010
Earliest date offers of admission, scholarships and residence will be extended to current Ontario high school students who have maintained exceptionalacademic records. All other offers will be deferred until late April or mid May.
13th - Deadline for Ontario high school students to submit completed hard copy and online applications to the OUAC to guarantee consideration for all programs.Deadline for AEO applications.
13th - Deadline for AEO applications.
February 2010
12th - Deadline for portfolio submissions and interview requests for the Bachelor of Fine Arts. Portfolios must be postmarked and interview requests made by deadline.
15th - Application deadline for the Collaborative BScN Nursing program.
March 2010
1st - Application deadline for Scholar's Electives.
March and May - Offers of admission, scholarship, and residence continue to be extended to current Ontario high school students.
April 2010
1st - Deadline for high school Applicants to submit Special Circumstance or Extraordinary, Extracurricular Activities and Contributions to Citizenship profiles.
16th - Last date for the Admission Office to receive English Proficiency test results for consideration for the final round of offers in May.
May 2010
Mid May - Offers of admission, scholarship, and residence extended to current Ontario high school students.
28th - Earliest date Ontario universities can require a response to an offer of admission from a student who is currently enroled in an Ontario high school. Scholarships and other forms of student assistance or financial incentives, and offers of residence are considered part of the offer of admission. Therefore, a student may accept these other offers prior to May 28, 2010, but Ontario universities shall not compel a student in any way to make an earlier decision.
The following are deadlines for all other Applicants or students using the 105 application form.
October 2009
1st - Hard copy and online application forms are available. You are encouraged to apply for admission in the Fall of 2009 or Winter 2010. You may apply online on the OUAC web site.
January 2010
Offers of admission to general undergraduate programs begin and continue throughout the winter and spring. Make sure you accept our offer through the OUAC no later than the date indicated on your offer of admission.
13th - Deadline for AEO applications.
February 2010

1st - Full-time application deadline. Admission is offered on a rolling basis beginning in January. Space is limited, so you should apply well in advance, preferably in the Fall of 2009 or early Winter 2010.
